Round Cavity Molds

OMNI Mold Systems mold bases have been standardized
to a greater degree than any other on the market. They are available
in 2-plate, 3-plate, and stripper plate versions. Each standard size
has multiple cavity bores and configurations to pick from. All of
our bores are stepped with a radius to eliminate o-ring shearing.
All have guided ejection, spring-loaded returns, supports, sprue bushing,
and locating ring installed. Pockets and leader pins are already vented.
All have water lines in the "A" & "B" plates.
Within all these standard configurations, there are options for supports,
blank clamp plates, and more. On top of all this, OMNI Mold Systems
