Hot Runner Technology

All OMNI Mold Systems 2-plate mold bases can be ordered with a hot sprue option. This can be either a single hot sprue to a cold runner or a single drop direct feed hot tip. OMNI will finish all the wire channel work in the top clamp plate and provide the needed hardware and still be able to ship the next day.

In addition to hot sprue options, OMNI has made it very easy to adapt our mold base to any bolt on hot runners of your choice. We provide all the necessary information for interfacing with our standard mold base in an easy to use table. We have also teamed with Husky Hot Runners to provide 4 week deliveries for hot halves that will bolt right onto our mold bases.
